Our providers have extensive experience in a wide variety of education settings, supporting students and families in relation to Academic, Behavioral, Developmental, and Social/Emotional needs.

We have provided direct and indirect services for students in the following areas of exceptionality: Gifted, Specific Learning Disabilities, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Vision Impaired, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, Developmental Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and Other Health Impaired.

Members of the collective have individual areas of experience and expertise, but also have experience working as part of core teams and/or in collaboration with teachers, service providers (public schools and private sector), school administrators, school district personnel, and educational advocates.

  • 10 years of experience across multiple school districts in Central Florida

  • Previous teaching experience within school settings classified as Grade A, Grade B, International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, and Title 1

  • Teaching experience in both direct classroom instruction and supporting ESE students in the general classroom, as well as gathering and analyzing student data to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Teaching experience includes: ESE Learning Strategies, ESE Support Facilitation, U.S. History, Civics and Government

  • Experience and current work includes overseeing school-wide IDEA compliance and development/review of IEPs for students with disabilities
